Power Rules Manager Outlook add-in

This piece of software is not strictly like the others. This is an add-in to Microsoft Outlook. I wanted to include it because the built-in rules manager in Outlook is only good if you use a few rules. If you are like me and have close to 400 rules, the built-in manager is useless.

I looked around and found an Outlook add-in from Sperry Software called Power Rules Manager. This has been so helpful in the past 2 weeks I have been using it. It sorts your rules combines duplicates and/or logical duplicates, finds duplicate names, saves the rules and lets you edit them. I have maybe used half its’ real functionality, but am very impressed.

I highly recommend this add-in if you use Outlook and have more than 50 rules.
