Password Managers

There are many password vaults.  Any one of them is good. Some are better than others and sometimes using two together is the best option.  It is all a matter of personal preference and use case.  One of my colleagues wrote an excellent review of the 5 top password managers and which play nicely together. There are more reviews by CNET, Life Hacker, Digital Trends and Consumer Reports. Also there is an excellent article on why not to reuse passwords, among other password related things here.  Note that many of these auto fill the passwords and any forms.  It makes it so you need only remember your single master password (to the password manager) and the password manager does the rest.

I have used Roboform, Keepass, Dashlane, and LastPass. The one I like best and still use is Sticky Password. I admit to being partial in that I was grandfathered in from another password vault company when Sticky Password bought them, and so I have a lifetime license with SP.
