Over the years I’ve collected many different bookmarks for various sites which have software to help clean and/or disinfect a Windows computer. Some of the sites are about ways to speed up your computer even if it isn’t infected. You can download my bookmarks from here. Right click on the download link and choose save link as. (if you wish you can then import them into your own browser. If you do decide to do this, be aware that I have not used some of these in a while. Although I have tried to get rid of old links once they have “gone bad,” or result in an error in some way, I can almost guarantee that I have missed a few.
